This girl is VERY excited for September (partly because my birthday is September 10th!!! & partly because that means fall is so, so close) and with cooler weather approaching maxi skirts are my favs! 

I love this simple outfit because it's one of those that look like I spent hours planning yet I just threw together a few of my favorite pieces! Y'all know white tee shirts are my favorite thing EVER to style and pairing them with another basic is a must! This navy maxi is casual yet chic with the pockets on the side! And I love the navy paired with the dark grey scarf! Ahhhh this outfit is definitely going to be worn a lot this fall ;)

2011 American Music Awards

Something I always look forward to, is the American Music Awards. It's nothing like the Grammy's or the Country Music Awards: it's better. I LOVE watching hours upon hours of celebrities. My favorite part is definitely the red carpet. Checking out what brands everyone is wearing and how all the beautiful girls did their hair and makeup. Miley Cyrus was rocking her extension-less hair and I adored her dress. Katy Perry was rocking the pink hair. Taylor Swift was looking beautiful with her hair straightened and her flawless skin. I could go on and on about how I loved every girls dress and makeup! But I won't bore you too much; till next time ;-)

Lately, I have been looking EVERYWHERE for a ring that is shaped as a belt. A belt buckle ring. The only places I can find them are expensive jewelry stores or costly stores online. All I want is a piece of trendy costume jewelry, is that too much to ask for?

REVIEW: Anastasia Beverly Hills Beauty Express

Worth your hard earned money????

Just recently, I was contacted by Anastasia Beverly Hills. The fabulous people there asked me if I could do a review on one of their products. Of course I jumped at the opportunity!! They sent me the Beauty Express for Brows and Eyes. This is the first product I've used that dealt with my eye brows.

I oped up the product and was some what upset that they ended up sending me the one for brunette's. Obviously, my hair is blond and I would want to lighten my brows if I was even going to do anything to them at all. It's okay though because when I actually started playing with the product, I fell in love even more. The product it's self came with a wax to set the brows, two brow filling colors, and two eye shadows (one for your highlight and one for your whole lid. It also comes with five stencils of eye brow shapes for when you want to tweeze your own brows. The stencils include; Petite Arch, Medium Arch, High Arch, Slim High Arch, and Full Arch. Those I find very, veryy useful! Another great thing this product comes with is instructions. When I first started out in makeup, I was clueless! The instructions are super helpful and descriptive. They tell you how to select a stencil, apply the wax, align the stencil, remove the stencil, and apply the shadow. Lastly, the product also comes with a mirror with is fabulous for when you're on the go!

In the end, I believe that I would go out and purchase this product. In my own opinion I think that it is worth it. The Beauty Express for Brows and Eyes is perfect for anyone who is trying to get the perfect brows. Actually, I'm thinking to go out and pick up a few of these for Christmas gifts for my mom, girlfriends, and aunts!

Update + Haul!

To say I have an excuse for my absence would be untrue. I've just been awfully busy with my senior year, college search, social life, YouTube channel, and everything else! I hate to say it, but this blog definitely gets put on the back burner when my life starts to get busy. But starting now, I'm going to change that. Things are definitely going to change around here.

I've come to the conclusion that I don't want to study fashion in college anymore. I don't want to work in retail my whole life and I've got something bigger and better planed. With saying that, I'm not stopping this "fashion" blog. I'm transforming it. It will be anywhere from fashion to beauty to just anything in general! More of a personal life story blog with some twists to keep you all interested! ;)

I honestly hope everyone is doing fabulous and I cannot wait until I get to talk to you again.

Things I'm loving September 2011!

Fall is finally in the air! Today the high was in the 50's and i was so, so excited. I love when the cool air hits my body and I love the feeling of fall. Halloween is one of my favorite holidays, so of course I get excited! :)
I thought a "things i'm loving" post would be perfect. I love reading other peoples and getting new ideas of products to buy! Mostly everything above has been taking over my life in some way, shape, or form! And to say i'm okay with that, is an understatement! ;)

I am head over heals in love with this type of outfit look! Everyone knows, that I am IN LOVE with animal print, and there is nothing better then making it peek out of a simple outfit. I feel like the leopard print makes a much better statement then just a white or solid tank! I also tried to dress the outfit up a tad with jewelry! I love doing that! :)

The weather here in Ohio has been such a tease! It's been in the 80's and that is not okay! It makes me want summer all over again. But on the other hand, all I want are crunchy autumn leaves underneath my shoes, pumpkin spice lattes, and warmer clothes!

18th Birthday!

This photo was just one of many from my eighteenth birthday. My birthday was the 10th and my family and Tyler all went to Columbus to do some shopping and go out to dinner. We went to the Cheesecake Factory and had such yummy food! I am seriously so, so blessed to have such wonderful people in my life. :)

I am beyond thrilled that the weather is starting to cool down and fall is on it's way. I love when the colors of the leaves change colors and the temperatures start to go down! I also love it when the fall trends start to come out. I believe that nail polish is a huge fall fashion trend. I feel like it ties together your outfit with a perfect little bow! As you can see in the pictures above, the perfect fall nail polishes range from a variety of colors. Obviously, reds are a huge must! Yet so are golds, purples, blacks and silvers! A nude nail is also very, very in this fall. But by saying that, it does not mean that you have to wear dark colored nails. If you want to rock those hot green or pink nails, DO IT! It's all about your own personal style and choice!

Update! Senior year, sicknesses ect.

I really hope everyone is having a good end to their summer! I know I sure did! I had such a good time running around and around, I got sick! :( I honestly have no clue as to what I have, but tomorrow after school I'm going to the doctor.

I cannot believe that I'm a senior. It's a really weird thing to think about. Next year I will be going off to college and leaving my little home town for the better (unless I choose to go to local college first, which I might do if I take the journalism route). My first day back to school wasn't such a bad one. Except for the fact that I got yet another horrible headache :/. Classes went well, I got to see a lot of my friends that I had not seen for awhile, I spent a lot of time with Tyler because we have two classes together and also lunch!! So hopefully, (FINGERS CROSSED) my last year of high school is going to be a good one.
