Annoying Gym Behaviors + How To Deal:

We all know that going to the gym is very important, but also not getting distracted is just as important! Today I'm going to cover on a few annoying gym behaviors and how you can deal with them without it ruining your workout!

1. Feeling Self- Conscious.
I don't care if this is your first time working out in front of people, or your 500th.. I feel like sometimes we all feel self-conscious about our outfit, weight, whatever. But here's the thing, no one is at the gym to look at you. We are all there to focus 100% on ourselves! If you don't feel comfortable using some of the machines, ask a trainer how to use it properly and you'll look like a pro when you step on!

2. Noisy Neighbors.
We've all been there, the girl beside you is on her phone and the guy behind you won't stop grunting. Here's the thing, it's not about them. Put in your headphones and drown them out! If you forgot them that day, focus on your workout. Distract yourself into your own workout and really push yourself!

3. Feeling Sleepy or Hungry.
Dragging yourself to the gym on an empty stomach is no good! Drink a bit of water and see if that helps. That should help both problems. A small snack like a banana or raisons will also cure the hunger pains without making you feel sick while running.
If you feel like you just cannot do your normal workout, take it slow! Everyone has off days.
