As many of you know, I am a huge neutral eye shadow junkie. You would most likely see me on the street with neutral boring eye makeup and a bright neon pink lip. So whenever I find a great neutral eye shadow palette I know I need to share! ;) & it doesn't hurt matters that this one is only $5!!....
